Docked ligands
88 ligands of Boehm, Stuerzebecher, Klebe (JMC 1999,42:458) were docked
into the bovine trypsin model. 38 ligands of the best ranked docking
solutions were selected manually. For these 38 ligands the interaction
energies were calculated and the Ki values were predicted by the
COMBINE model of bovine trypsin.
