Ascii file format

This file format saves a list of reactions in the following form. Use this format to create new SBML files with the ReactionLayouter.

substrate1 + substrate2 -> product1 + product2;

Example file: path.txt

RCOCOO- + TPP -> CO2 + RCHOHTPP;
RCHOHTPP + LSS -> TPP + RCOSLSH;
RCOSLSH + CoA-SH -> SH-L-SH + R-C=O~S-CoA;
SH-L-SH + FAD -> LSS + FADH2;
FADH2 + NAD+ -> FAD + NADH + H+;
